We are a family owned and operated business.  In order to understand our service, we would like to share our history with you.  The humble beginnings of this operation began in our Busia’s (grandmother’s) kitchen.  As children, we watched and helped her prepare meals for our very large Polish-American family.  Preparing a meal in her kitchen was not a mundane process, but a labor of love.  Even today, preparing meals for our own family events, is an essential, yet intimate part of our lives.  We carry over this personal tradition into our Food Truck and catering service.  We treat our customers just like family.

We serve a potpourri of delicious dishes that range from the finest American contemporary menu items to our specialty  Eastern European Cuisine. We offer traditional Polish items such as Pierogi, Golabki, and Placki.  All of our items are homemade with only the freshest and finest ingredients with recipes that have been passed down for five generations.

You can expect to find Busia’s Kitchen riding around the Baltimore Metro Area.  We will send out tweets confirming our location daily.  You will also find a weekly tentative schedule and menu on our website. We are also available for Private Events and Catering. Stop by and try some of our specialty items and find out for yourself what you’ve been missing.  We look forward to seeing you soon.

Thank you very much. We are hoping to get on the road by June 1, 2012. We also have a stand at the Lauraville Tuesday Market on Harford Rd. That market should begin in early June.
