National Public Service Week – City of Baltimoe
My name is Lisa Evans and I am employed by the Baltimore City Department of Human Resources. Betty Brown, a colleague of mine previously emailed you back on Friday, February 1, 2013. At that time, the above event was scheduled for Thursday, May 9, 2013, but, it’s been changed to Tuesday, May 7, 2013. You responded that you would be willing to support the event. As a reminder, we are interested in having your food truck park in or around the park area in front of the War Memorial Building and sell food to participants in our activities occurring on May 7, 2012 between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm. We are also interested in having your business offer a discount to the public service employees that day. In closing, we anticipate around 200 employees participating in the day’s events scheduled at the War Memorial.
Betty advised you were interested. Can you please confirm you are still able to make this event with the date change? Also, the discount percentage please.
